Thuy Nguyen

Ms. Thuy Nguyen is a litigation associate that specializes in representing clients in real estate, business, and employment matters. Ms. Nguyen’s experience includes representing title insurance companies and their insureds in escrow liability matters, fraud and forgery claims, easement and encroachment disputes, and bad faith claims. Ms. Nguyen has also litigated a variety of personal injury matters, landlord-tenant/habitability disputes, wrongful death cases, construction defect claims, and breach of contract matters. She has represented a wide range of clients including individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.

Ms. Nguyen manages all phases of litigation including client meetings, preparing all pleadings, determining and implementing a strategic discovery plan, taking and defending depositions, selecting and working with expert witnesses, attending settlement conferences and mediations, and all aspects of pretrial preparation.

Ms. Nguyen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Ms. Nguyen is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and all Federal District Courts within the State of California. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.

Representative Matters

Ms. Nguyen was responsible for managing discovery plans in a wide variety of breach of contract and personal injury matters, developing evidence needed to successfully resolve cases.

Ms. Nguyen was instrumental in developing mediation strategy for all her assigned cases involving diverse civil litigation matters.

Ms. Nguyen served as lead counsel on numerous civil cases. She successfully navigated cost-effective resolutions with minimal expenditure of attorney’s fees.

Ms. Nguyen has represented multiple employers and current and former employees against plaintiffs asserting wrongful death claims, securing advantageous settlements and avoiding trial.
