Kevin Kim

Mr. Kevin Kim is a litigation associate specializing in business and real estate matters.  Mr. Kim regularly represents title insurance companies and their insureds in easement matters, escrow liability cases, fraud and forgery claims, and bad faith insurance claims.  He represents a wide range of clients, including property owners, investors, developers, and lenders.

Prior to joining Randall Coffee & Humphrey LLP, Mr. Kim represented individual and institutional shareholders in a variety of complex corporate/securities actions.  Mr. Kim has also worked at Warner Bros., gaining valuable experience in the field of corporate finance, and helped develop business strategies for transactional matters.

Mr. Kim received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of California, Irvine. He then earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law. Mr. Kim is licensed to practice in California and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court of the Central District of California. He is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
